bowling for columbine day 4

we finished watch the movie bowling for columbine today. thetwo kids how got shot at columbine took the bullets that they bought at kmart and took them to cooperate headquaters and they returned them, then kmart said that they were going to stop selling handguns ammo within 90 days. i think its stupid that kmart had to stop selling handgun ammo just because of that idiot micheal moore and those 2 kids. i think that kmart should still sell handgun ammo, its not htat big of a deal. then micheal moore went to charlton hestons house to try to talk to him about his rallies and the nra. then he tried to talk about the 6 year old who died at the flint elementary school shooting, so heston just walked away and ignored him. i would have done the exact same thing, moore is really annoying an dhe just wont stop asking the same questions over and over. if i was heston, i would have walked to my house, got a gun, and pointed it a moore and told him to get off my property right now. overall, this movie was ok at some points, but most of it was just moore whinning about stupid stuff.

we continued watching the movie bowling for columbine today. micheal moore went to hollywood to ask news anchors why you couldnt see the hollywood sign, which was really stupid and a waste of time. and he talked about how the media has changed over the years and how it is different in the u s compaired to other countries, which i agree with him on that. then a six year old in flint michigan shot another six year old. then charlton heston went to flint and had another pro gun rally, which again id perfectly fine. but the kid still shouldnt have been able to get the gun from his grandpas, he should have had it locked up or hidden. then moore went to see some of the kids who got shot at columbine and tried to go and talk to the president of kmart about selling bullets. then they went and bought all the ammo at a kmart, which i thought was really dumb and a wate of time, it was so stupid.

we continued to watch the movie bowling for columbine. after the shhotings at columbine, the president of the nra, charlton heston went there and had a pro gun rally. i dont see anything wrong with that, he was just standing up for what he believes in. i would do the same thing if a wanted to. also there was a cartoon about people and guns and slavery. i thought that it was a really funny cartoon even though it had a bunch of inaccurate things in it. so for i think that the movie is ok.

we started to watch the movie bowling for columbine today. its all about gun control and how some people live according to guns. i think it is perfectly normal for a person to own a gun. i think that if you want one, you should be able to get it. i think its also pretty cool that a bank was giving out a gun to everyone who opened a savings account. but that one guy that they interviewed, who knew timothy mcvay and his partner was a little crazy. it was really weird when he put the loaded gun up to his head. then we watching clips of the shooting at columbine. it was kind of sad to see all the kids who had died and who got wounded. but it was also very interesting story and interesting to learn about.

today we finished watching the movie capitalism a love story. it talked abotuhow a alternative learning school was opened and one of the judges in the city was paid to send kids there so they could make more money. i couldnt believe that some of the kids got sent there just because of very small and minor things that werent really that bad. i would be pissed if someone sent me there for something that was not really so bad. also, i dont see how regan had anything to do with the increase in corporate profits during hi syears in office, i think its just a bunch of made up crap to try to make regan look bad.

we continued to watch the movie capitalism a love story. i cant believe that the friends of angelo scam was going on. giving discounts on loans to friends of angelo is stupid. everyone should have to pay the same amount of money for a loan, no matter how important they are. also, the way the stock market started to crash was crazy, i would have never thought that the stock market would have lost that much money in such a short period of time. its all so eye opening to think that that could ever happen.

Capitalism A Love Story Day 2

today we continued to watch the move capitalism a love story. it talked about how little pilots get paid a year. the average pilot gets paid 17 to 20 thousand dollars a year. some of the pilots that they interveiwed even had food stamps. i would personally want the person flying me somewhere to be happy and well paid. they also went back to one of the peoples houses who got evicted earlier. the bank gave them a check for a thousand dollars to move all the stuff out.

today we started watching the movie capitalism a love story. its about this guy named michael moore and he makes documentaries for a living. the movie starts out showing videos of people getting evicted from their houses. i don't feel bad for these people though, if you would have just payed for the house, you would still have it. whatever happens in this world happens for a reason. then he talks about how gm cut thousands of jobs and shut down plants and factories just to save money. thats all that we have watched so far.

Super Size Me Day 3

today we finished watching the movie super size me. he completed all 30 days but have a lot of health problems. he gained a total of 25 pounds in the month, and it took 14 months to get all of that weight off. over all he was asked to super size it 9 times, after the movie came out, mcdonalds stopped offering the super size deal, they said it had nothing to do with the movie. i think it had to do with the movie though. overall, it was an alright movie, it was kind of boring at some times, but overall it was worth watching.

Super Size Me Day 2

today we continued to watch the movie super size me. they went around to local schools to see what kids were eating for lunch and what kinds of food the schools had to offer. most of the schools had most of their food shipped in and stored in a freezer, then they would just heat it up and serve it. out of all the schools that they went to, only one had a healthy school lunch and they cooked all of the food at the school. also, morgan spurlock went to his first and secong offucal weigh in, on the first weigh in, he gained 9 pounds and on the second one, he gained another 8 pounds, so all together, he gained 17 pounds in just 12 days.

Super Size Me Day 1

we started watching the movie super size me today. its about this guy named morgan spurlock and he has to eat nothing but mcdonalds for 30 days. there are a few rules that he has to follow like he has to eat 3 square meals a day, if they ask him to super size the meal he has to, andhe can only eat food that mcdonalds sells. during the first week, he eats a super sized meal and he throws up.
